The best window cleaner I've found is KD Gold by Natural Soap Formulas. This all-purpose botanic soap comes concentrated, so I just fill the "empty" bottle of concentrate with water and use that to wash windows. A rinse and a squeegee and windows are streak-free and shining clean.
